Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped next business day after payment is recieved. Orders are shipped via US Mail or Fed Ex. We reserve the right to switch shipping methods to get your order to you faster. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with tracking. We do not ship on Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. Orders are estimated to ship next day after payment is received except for holidays and weekends.

Returns:

In the unlikely event your product is defective, (sorry but it can happen) you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Returned item must be in our possession within 14 days of invoice date. Item returned must be in its original packaging with all accessories, paperwork, clean, not abused, and in resellable condition. Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund, repair or replacement will be processed. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Hoppymart will not be liable for any claim made after 2 weeks of invoice date. Claims after 2 weeks must be made through the manufacturer.
